Hunt engineers can design your new, custom or existing application to deliver an optimum solution using 3-D modeling software. Redesigning the whole assembly in SolidWorks enables us to simplify the design and produce updated versions of all the component and assembly files. SolidWorks gives us the opportunity to work closer with customers and vendors by importing and exporting a variety of CAD and design formats. This also allows our company designers to conduct design iterations for a product before releasing to production.
Hunt welders are true artisans. They are qualified and work to approved procedures in accordance with NAVSEA Technical publications S9074-AR-GIB-010/248, S9074-AR-GIB-010/278 and Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. This welding expertise is especially useful for improving the wear resistance of critical moving parts and in the re-manufacture of our severe service duty valves.
